Welcome to Rotary Music and Motion
A Fall Festival Weekend at Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park hosted by the Calgary area Rotary Clubs and Glenbow Ranch Park Foundation. Three exciting events, two beautiful days, one unparalleled location. Rotary Music and Motion offers the opportunity to experience and support the Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park and Glenbow Ranch Park Foundation via 3 distinct fundraising events.
Grits For Glenbow
A high class evening on the low plains. This memorable evening will be hosted under a tent amongst the rolling hills of the park and will feature great food, entertainment, and auctions. Come and mingle under the moonlight!

Please note these important points in planning your visit to the Rotary Music and Motion at Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park:
Tickets
Please print and bring your confirmation email for admission to this event. You will not receive physical tickets.
Dress Code
Dress code is 'Stampede Casual'. Jeans are acceptable. Please wear approprirate footwear as the dinner is located on a former pasture. Flat, comfortable shoes are recommended.
Use the Provided Shuttle Buses
There is NO ONSITE PARKING for this event. Please use the shuttle system provided from either of two convenient locations: Crowfoot LRT Station and Cochrane High School (details here.). If you attempt to drive into the park you will be turned away. Buses start at 3:00pm and will begin return service at 7:00pm.
Gala Location
The gala is approximately 500m from the park parking lot where the buses will drop off. We will provide a golf cart shuttle service from the parking lot for those who are unable to walk. Your patience with the service is appreciated.
Please No Dogs
Non Smoking Event
We are pleased to offer a non-smoking environment for the comfort and safety of all guests. A smoking area will be available near the main parking lot a short walk from the bus drop-off area.
No Alcohol
Please no outside alcohol.
Weather
This is a tented event but please come prepared for all weather conditions.
Charitable Tax Receipt
